Responsibilities:

📍Product Strategy and Planning: Conduct market research, collaborate with teams, and define target market positioning and value proposition for new and existing products. 📍New Product Development: Lead end to end product development, from ideation to commercialization, collaborating with cross functional teams. 📍Product Optimization: Analyze product performance, gather customer insights, and implement strategies to enhance product quality and satisfaction. 📍Product Management and Execution: Develop project plans, oversee packaging compliance, and work with suppliers for sourcing high quality materials.

Requirements

📍Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 📍Atleast 5 years of proven experience as a Product manager or in a similar role, preferably in the pet food industryor consumer packaged goods. 📍Strong knowledge of new product development processes, market research, and product optimization strategies. 📍Ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment and excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus. 📍Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data driven decisions. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. 📍Proficincy in Microsoft Office Suite product management software and other marketing tools.
