Skills you should HODL

📍3-5 years of product management experience 📍1-2+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange or other complex technical domains 📍Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling you consider yourself a crypto native 📍Proficiency in data analysis, applying a metrics-driven approach to guide decision making 📍Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution ability 📍Ability to operate strategically while managing details effectively 📍Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams
