šIn this role, you will lead the discovery, definition, and support the delivery of initiatives by validating ideas through user feedback and data-driven insights. šA Keyrock Product Manager understands the difference between Product and Project mindsets and encourages the adoption of a Product-centric view amongst the development teams. šWork with data-analysts and the QA Manager to ensure measurement of trading impact and verification of business logic, whilst minimizing regressions. šProduce metrics around the delivery of development operations, demonstrating quality and efficiency in the development operation, in alignment with Keyrockās delivery approach.
Background and experience
š7+ years experience working in an HFT options trading firm šExpert understanding of the software requirements and user needs of an HFT options system šStrong grasp of options theory and trading concepts šStrong understanding of the business needs of an options trading desk šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field; š3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
