Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šVision & Strategy: Define and execute a high-impact onboarding strategy that reduces "time-to-trade" while maintaining institutional-grade security. šGrowth Optimization: Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across the entire sign-up funnel to minimize drop-offs. šCompliance-First Design: Partner with Global Compliance to embed localized KYC/AML requirements into the product without sacrificing the user experience. šVendor Ecosystem: Manage and optimize integrations with third-party identity verification and liveness-detection vendors to improve pass rates and reduce costs. šTechnical Roadmap: Build and prioritize a data-backed roadmap, balancing technical debt, localized regulatory shifts, and new feature launches. šCross-Functional Leadership: Lead "squads" of Engineers, Designers, and Data Scientists to ship high-quality features in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment. šCompetitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the onboarding trends to ensure Crypto.com remains the industry benchmark.
Job Requirements:
šExperience: 6+ years in Product Management, ideally within FinTech, Neo-banking, or Crypto. Experience with identity verification or high-friction funnels is a significant plus. šData-Obsessed: Mastery of product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau) to diagnose funnel friction and measure success. šRegulatory Fluency: A solid understanding of global KYC/KYB standards and how they translate into digital product requirements. šTechnical Guts: Comfortable discussing API integrations and backend logic with engineers while maintaining a "user-first" mentality.
