The opportunity

📍Lead Kraken Ramp, our on/off-ramp product for web3 apps, wallets, and dapps—turning internal fiat infrastructure into an external platform. 📍Design developer-centric API products that abstract complexity and optimize onboarding, funding, and trading flows 📍Partner with engineering, compliance, BD, and design to ship secure, scalable, and compliant products across geographies 📍Collaborate directly with integration partners to ensure successful launches and ongoing product adoption 📍Shape product roadmaps using data, customer feedback, and strategic insights 📍Navigate regulatory, operational, and technical considerations to deliver high-conversion experiences at the partner and end-user levels

Skills you should HODL

📍2-4+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments infrastructure, or developer platforms 📍Experience owning B2B or B2B2C products with consumer-facing outcomes 📍Strong understanding of global fiat/crypto funding flows and the technical and regulatory challenges they involve 📍Demonstrated success bringing API-based products to market—especially in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments 📍Excellent cross-functional collaboration and partner-facing communication skills
