Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products. 📍Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments. 📍Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives. 📍Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making. 📍Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features.
What We Look For In You
📍At least 1 year of experience in growth hacking related field. 📍Strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures — Know how to use differentiated growth strategies in different regions. 📍Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis; Proficient in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 📍Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
