Responsibilities:

📍Drive the product vision and roadmap for the developer experience at DFINITY. 📍Act as the voice of the developer, integrating user feedback to build developer experience improvements into the ICP SDKs. 📍Collaborate with the community and various teams across DFINITY to further extend ICP capabilities 📍Define clear success metrics for various developer tools by working with the stakeholders and considering short/long term goals 📍Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea generation and problem-solving to consistently improve the developer platforms

Requirements:

📍5+ years of Product Management experience 📍Deep understanding of developer experience and/or productivity 📍Understanding of the software development lifecycle, tooling and patterns 📍Strong track record of successfully delivering and scaling platform products along with understanding of building seamless developer tools and processes. 📍You are not only able to shape a high-level strategic initiative, but can also sweat the details and drive results. 📍You can sweat the details to understand the impacts of tough technical tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term impact 📍You can make decisions in the absence of complete data and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
