Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Lead the roadmap for AI tools, automations, and employee-facing platforms used by Ops teams 📍Automate repetitive support tasks and simplify complex workflows to improve agent throughput and consistency 📍Ensure systems are resilient, with proper monitoring, fallback mechanisms, and clear operational ownership 📍Write clear product specs and success metrics to guide engineering and cross-functional partners 📍Use data, experimentation, and feedback to iterate and improve the platform 📍Balance short-term execution with long-term scalability of tools and processes
What you bring
📍4+ years of Product Management experience 📍Experience with driving projects in large cross-functional organizations 📍Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills 📍Deep understanding of metric management, experimentation, and structured decision-making 📍Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and keep teams aligned and moving
