We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of innovative financial products and services. Your exceptional analytical skills, people management abilities, and agile mindset will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring its successful implementation.

What you’ll do:

📍Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business teams, to define product requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 📍Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven product decisions. 📍Create and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key milestones, prioritizing features, and setting timelines for delivery. 📍Lead and inspire cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution. 📍Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement. 📍Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and enhance product features. 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer demands to continuously evolve and innovate our product offerings.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

📍Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management, ideally in the fintech or crypto industry. 📍Strong understanding of financial markets, banking systems, and emerging trends in the fintech sector. 📍Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions. 📍Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Trello. 📍Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. 📍Proactive and self-driven approach, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. 📍Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.

To make any product and even the CTA button live, we need to conduct research, brainstorm, create the design, and run tests. At BeInCrypto we have a Product team that takes care of all these stages and does some magic. Our graphics and UX/UI designers create beautiful, trendy, and user-friendly interfaces and keep all our visuals aligned with our brand identity. Our analytics have great expertise in SEO and data science and help BeInCrypto be data-driven. Here we build predictive models of our own company and the market and build the analytical infrastructure for BeInCrypto. Product Managers conduct research, manage the production process, and bring all their knowledge and creativity to launch and improve products that rock.
