Responsibilities
📍Support requirement gathering and refinement. 📍Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform OKRs. 📍Collaborate with PMs, engineers, sales, and ops teams to execute tasks, track progress. 📍Monitor metrics (e.g., client retention, system stability) and iterate on features to support VIP experience and business scalability. 📍Drive AI adoptions in product development.
Requirements
📍Experience in product management within fintech, crypto/web3. 📍Genuine passion for web3 and blockchain, with knowledge of crypto products (e.g., trading, custody, DeFi). 📍Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese; excellent communication for global stakeholder collaboration. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data analysis. 📍Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Figma); quick learner in dynamic environments. 📍Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
