Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Lead our growth squad, building capabilities that drive customer acquisition, activation, referrals, and retention. 📍Define and execute the growth product roadmap in close collaboration with the Growth Director and Partnerships team. 📍Optimize onboarding UX to cut registration-to-card activation to under 2 minutes. 📍Design and scale referral and viral growth loops that compound. 📍Partner with Compliance, Design, and Engineering to ensure frictionless but compliant user journeys. 📍Mentor and develop junior PMs and squad members; lead by example in speed, ownership, and execution.
What You'll Bring
📍8+ years in product management, with 3+ years dedicated to growth. 📍Growth hacker and entrepreneur at heart; you drive initiatives to get results fast. 📍Proven experience building growth loops, funnels, and onboarding flows. 📍Web3 experience required; challenger bank or fintech growth experience is a strong plus. 📍Strong analytical and experimental mindset; you test, measure, and iterate quickly. 📍Technical degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
