Job Summary
Responsibilities
šTranslate product and business goals into clear, actionable design strategies. šParticipate in shaping the product roadmap, contributing user-centered insights and design-led thinking. šWork with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features based on player needs, technical constraints, and business impact. šDesign and deliver wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for both in-game and developer platform-related experiences. šDevelop and maintain a robust design system and visual language that supports consistency across our ecosystem šConduct user research, surveys, and usability tests to validate design decisions and uncover insights. šChampion design quality through regular design reviews, QA testing, and collaborative iteration. šDocument and communicate design decisions clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders. šPartner with engineering to ensure accurate implementation and user experience fidelity.
Requirements
š3ā5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, gaming, or consumer tech šStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across platforms šMastery of tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Protopie, or similar design/prototyping software. šMotion design skills for transitions, animations, and interactive feedback. šInterest or experience in web3, blockchain, or decentralized systems. šDeep understanding of UX principles, user flows, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
