Job Summary

Your Core Responsibilities:

šŸ“Trade Lifecycle Oversight šŸ“Validate and monitor high-volume, complex derivatives trades (e.g., options, futures) across global markets šŸ“Ensure trade capture accuracy and resolve breaks between front office, clearing, and back office systems šŸ“P&L and Reporting šŸ“Own the daily P&L validation process, explaining key drivers and discrepancies to traders and finance šŸ“Support accurate P&L reporting to various stakeholders šŸ“Control and Governance šŸ“Act as a critical control point for trade amendments, corporate actions, and expiries šŸ“Monitor P&L / balance sheet controls, compliance flags, and support audit readiness šŸ“Process Improvement & Automation šŸ“Identify inefficiencies and champion automation efforts using tools such as Python, SQL, and internal data platforms šŸ“Collaborate with engineering and data teams to refine reconciliation, reporting, and alerting workflows šŸ“Cross-Functional Partnership šŸ“Interface daily with traders, quants, risk managers, compliance, and technology teams šŸ“Support strategic initiatives like new product onboarding, exchange migrations, or infrastructure upgrades

Your Skills and Experience:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting are preferred šŸ“5 years similar experience in banks, hedge funds, trading firms šŸ“Product knowledge in listed and OTC derivatives šŸ“Proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Excel (VBA), and internal monitoring systems šŸ“Strong understanding of clearing workflows and attention to detail šŸ“Calm, structured approach in fast-paced environments
