Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Conduct comprehensive outreach efforts including high-volume cold calling and networking to secure new clients; 📍Utilize deep industry knowledge to provide tailored private jet solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business; 📍Establish and cultivate strong relationships with both clients and operators within the business aviation landscape; 📍Utilize various CRM tools to maintain accurate client profiles and track communication; 📍Engage in detailed market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings; 📍Develop marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract potential clients to Mira Private Jet services; 📍Manage all aspects of flight bookings, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless experiences; 📍Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and available for occasional international travel to meet client needs.
Requirements
📍Proven track record in sales within the aviation & luxury services sector. 📍Strong communication and negotiation abilities. 📍Experience with CRM software and flight planning tools. 📍Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 📍Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with high-net-worth clients. 📍A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow in the aviation industry. 📍Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
