Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Engineer Scalable Data Systems: Maintain and optimize backend infrastructure, build datamarts, and implement modular pipelines using tools such as Hive, Spark, Airflow. 📍Automate Insight Delivery: Design dynamic dashboards and automated reporting systems tailored to user roles, delivering timely insights. 📍Apply AI & ML: Create models for forecasting and anomaly detection. Build GenAI tools and chatbots to automate routine tasks. 📍Champion Governance: Standardize data fields, implement retention strategies, and ensure compliance with classification protocols. 📍Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with Tech, Data Science, and Interchange teams to deliver impactful solutions. 📍This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 📍2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications 📍3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) 📍2+ years in data engineering or data science 📍Relevant university degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, software engineering or related disciplines 📍Hands-on experience working with large data sets
