Requirements

šŸ“Manage and oversee the Chairmanā€™s personal and business financial accounts, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and investments. šŸ“Reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and provide real-time financial updates. šŸ“Maintain accurate financial records and prepare statements and reports to provide a clear overview of financial health. šŸ“Monitor portfolio performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize returns šŸ“Conduct research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and evaluate potential risks šŸ“Prepare up-to-date reports of market trends, economic indicators, and investment products šŸ“Analyze data and summarise risks, and opportunities delivering strategic recommendations on financial planning and wealth optimization. šŸ“Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals. šŸ“Ensure compliance with tax regulations through timely filings and proactive planning. šŸ“Track and evaluate investment performance while staying updated on market trends to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and diversification. šŸ“Safeguard sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. šŸ“Liaise with external advisors (auditors, tax consultants, legal counsel, financial institutions) for effective financial management. šŸ“Manage workflows related to real estate, travel, philanthropy, and other personal interests, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. šŸ“A professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is mandatory. šŸ“At least 5ā€“8 years of experience in financial management, including experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) or ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). šŸ“Proven expertise in managing personal accounts, wealth portfolios, and multi-jurisdictional tax planning. šŸ“Strong familiarity with investments, asset management, and risk analysis.
