Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šPrepare full set of accounts for multiple entities. Maintain and update general ledger accounts, oversee the daily accounting operations of the business, including revenue, expenses, and cost allocations. šPrepare and review accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end schedules. šEnsure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes. šProvide support for year-end group audit processes šResponsible for local statutory audit, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and provide support during external audit including preparation of financial statement for single entity. šPerform Intercompany cross charge šLiaise with corporate secretary on filing of the audited financial statement to ACRA šOther duties as assigned including process improvement and optimization project and participate in implementation and enhancement of the ERP system and any other Company wide projects.
How you will stand out:
šBachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field šPreferably at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or Public Accounting firm šCA/CPA certification or progress toward certification is an advantage šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail šProficiency in accounting standards (USGAAP. IFRS) šProficiency in Microsoft Excel šStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
