Job Summary


📍Social Media Engagement Tracking and Analysis 📍Monitor both the brand and its competitions' activities across social media platforms to track engagement metrics such as likes, shares, repost, reactions, comments, and followers. 📍 Analyze social media engagement data to identify trends, viral opportunities, and areas for improvement. 📍Website Traffic and Visitor Behavior Analysis 📍Able to use Google Analytics and its related tools to gain meaningful website performance insights for both the brand and its competitions. 📍Use analytics tools to track website traffic, visitor behavior, and conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations based on website data to improve user experience and engagement. 📍Database Management 📍Manage and analyze lead databases to support marketing and sales efforts in making data-driven decisions. 📍Maintain and analyze customer databases to enhance customer relationship management and retention strategies. 📍Broad Social Media Knowledge 📍Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their business versions (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta for Business, TikTok for Business). 📍Provide technical expertise on posting and tracking different types of media across all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications:

📍Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 📍Proven experience in market and competition research, social media analysis, and database management. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, interpret complex raw data and comprehensive information into written reports and provide actionable insights. 📍In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, both as a power user and a business user. 📍Experience with social media analytics tools and business versions of social media platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta for Business, TikTok for Business,.etc.). 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
