Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on primary platforms like Google (Search, Display, UAC), TikTok, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), as well as secondary channels including Apple Search Ads (ASA) and X (formerly Twitter), to meet user growth and ROI targets. 📍Budget Management & Optimization: Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively. Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and creatives through data analysis and A/B testing to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). 📍Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive deep into campaign data, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion rates. Provide regular, insightful reports to support strategic decisions. 📍Creative Strategy & Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and test various ad formats, copy, and visuals to identify the most resonant messaging for our target audience across different channels. 📍Market Intelligence & Channel Expansion: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising channels. Proactively identify and test new opportunities for growth. 📍Compliance & Risk Management: Develop a deep understanding of and adhere to the advertising policies of Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, especially concerning financial and cryptocurrency products, to ensure all marketing activities are compliant and support business continuity.
What We Look For In You
📍Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a demonstrated history of managing large-scale budgets successfully. 📍Platform Expertise: Mastery of Google Ads, TikTok for Business, and Meta Ads Manager is essential. Strong knowledge of Apple Search Ads and X Ads is highly preferred. 📍Analytical Skills: An excellent data-driven and analytical mindset. Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar mobile measurement partners. Experience with SQL/Python for ROI analysis is a strong plus. 📍Industry Background: A genuine interest in and understanding of the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry. Experience promoting financial or crypto-related products online is a significant advantage. 📍Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 📍Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
