The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol (often called a DEX, “Decentralized Exchange”) on Ethereum. The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are based out of SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Design, implement, and manage People programs focused on employee engagement,learning & development, and performance management. 📍Act as a key partner to People Business Partner, People Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution. 📍Analyze data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness, recommending improvements based on insights and industry best practices. 📍Partner on change management efforts related to People program rollouts, ensuring clear communication and adoption across the organization. 📍Support Uniswap in being an inclusive space through initiatives, integrating DEI principles into People programs. 📍Partner with People leads to develop scalable strategies that enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes. 📍Stay updated on People trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve People programs.
Requirements:
📍5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. 📍Ability to work in our New York City based SoHo offices. 📍Proven track record of managing People programs with measurable impact on employee engagement and business success. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret People data and translate insights into action. 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. 📍Proficiency in common people/HR software (HRIS, Lattice, Google Suite). 📍Experience working in a growing or evolving organization is a plus.
