The Application Security Engineer will be responsible for improving the zkEVM-based zkRollup security, ensuring that Scroll is one of the safest Layer 2ās for projects and users. The role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a start-up environment, a self-starter that is dynamic and comfortable to take on responsibilities and can work effectively within a remote setup.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead long-term treasury and capital management strategy to ensure sustainability and resilience across market cycles šDrive financial planning and goal-setting for the Foundation and selectively support key partners across the Scroll ecosystem šBuild and maintain transparent financial reporting structures: internal, board-level (monthly/quarterly), and public (annual) šOversee budgeting, FP&A, and multi-scenario forecasting with support from two existing finance team members šStructure and negotiate strategic deals and partnerships that support ecosystem growth and financial health šOversee investor relations with major ecosystem actors as token unlocks come up, including investor reporting šManaging relationships with relevant finance partners, such as market makers, treasury management providers, etc.
Requirements
š10+ years of experience in finance, strategic finance, or capital planning roles šProven leadership in financial strategy, with 1ā3+ years in a senior or executive role šStrong analytical and deal-structuring skills with the ability to operate autonomously šExceptional communication skills across cultures and time zones in a fully remote environment šFamiliarity with blockchain treasury management, DeFi ecosystems, and/or DAOs šA bias toward action, systems thinking, and long-term vision
