Job Summary
Core Responsibilities:
📍Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability 📍Negotiate, draft, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards 📍Lead contract and pricing negotiations to achieve favorable terms, cost savings, and win outcomes with suppliers 📍Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or timelines 📍Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and resolve any disputes or performance issues effectively 📍Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and industry developments to inform purchasing strategies 📍Streamline and improve procurement workflows, systems, and policies 📍Assess and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring business continuity 📍Analyze procurement data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
Skills and Experience:
📍5-8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 📍Strong negotiation and contract management skills 📍Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel) 📍Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
