Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and continuously improve seamless onboarding and offboarding journeys for employees and contractors to ensure every person's first and last impression is memorable. 📍Employee Engagement & Culture: Own the eNPS and engagement agenda—from data analysis to leadership action planning—and bring culture to life through creative, high-impact initiatives, from monthly events to large-scale celebrations. 📍Policy & Compliance: Standardize and streamline processes across payroll, HRIS, leave, and global mobility while managing day-to-day HRIS records, payroll, leave, and visa processes. 📍Workplace Operations: Create a world-class workplace experience by managing office operations and environment design that drives employee well-being, collaboration, and productivity through thoughtful workspace planning and initiatives. 📍Global Projects: Co-lead global People initiatives that define how we work across 15+ countries and contribute to org-wide transformation projects, helping shape the future of our People & Culture roadmap from building scalable policies to designing better employee journeys.

Qualifications

📍10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional HR role. 📍Experience with HRIS systems, global mobility, and payroll. 📍Known for your operational excellence and people-first mindset — you make complex processes simple and human. 📍A builder at heart — proactive, resourceful, and energized by fast-moving environments.
