Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
📍Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes 📍Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities 📍Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance 📍Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations 📍Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll administration 📍Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience
What we're looking for:
📍Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 📍Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive 📍Good communication skills and a team player mindset 📍Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment 📍Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR 📍Able to commit full-time for 6 months or more
