šŸ“Evolve the organizational design and capability of key areas of the business, ensuring clarity of business needs, identifying opportunities for evolution, and deploying effective workforce planning and talent development solutions. šŸ“Improve department-level organizational health, culture, and performance by setting critical goals, executing key initiatives, defining cultural strengths, while optimizing organizational performance. šŸ“Increase managerial and leadership talent density through the development of a roadmap for manager capability and bench, identification of management development actions, and the rollout of management-specific programs, in partnership with COEs šŸ“Enable broader people priorities by successfully implementing key people programs, supporting the re-education of leaders and employees, and partnering with COEs to provide input on program design. šŸ“Drive stakeholder management and partner effectively with senior leaders to resolve issues, build relationships, and ensure the success of HR initiatives.

Requirements

šŸ“7+ years of experience in HRBP roles šŸ“Demonstrated success in HR functional areas and partnership with COEs, including talent management, organizational design, total rewards, employee relations, organizational health, and program management. šŸ“HRBP experience in the tech industry, preferably with a globally distributed workforce. šŸ“Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with senior leaders, including Senior Directors and above. šŸ“Strong understanding of labor laws in the Americas with exposure to global regions. šŸ“Experience in scaling and differentiating people programs to align with business needs/strategy. šŸ“Experience with change management and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment. šŸ“Deep experience partnering with highly skilled employee populations and competitive labor markets.
