Job Summary
Responsibilities
šManage and coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding processes. šSupport the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payments) of global independent contractors. šAdminister the probationary period follow-up process. šAdminister leave management for various leave types (annual leave, sick leave, etc.). šMaintain and update accurate employee records within the HRIS system. šSupport conducting and coordinating eNPS HR surveys. šManage time and attendance for "military service exemption soldiers" (KR). šHelp coordinate All-hands meetings and engagement events (Snack Day, Picnic, Year-end party, Culture Day activities, etc.). šProvide day-to-day support by responding to employee queries on various topics (e.g., second jobs, workations, salary decisions, working from home due to medical conditions).
Qualifications
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred). šMinimum 1 to maximum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. šExperience of HR policies and procedures. šExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. šProficient in Google Workspace and HRIS systems (a plus). šAbility to work independently and as part of a team. šMust be a positive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for HR. šBusiness Level English and Korean, both written and verbal
