Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
š. Office Management & Facilities Oversight šLead day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-maintained workplace. šCoordinate with building management and vendors on repairs, cleaning, and facility upgrades. šManage space planning and future expansion requirements. šAdminister access card issuance, visitor controls, and front desk operations. šCollaborate with global security teams on physical security policies and emergency procedures. šEmployee Engagement & Workplace Culture šDesign and execute staff welfare initiatives, employee engagement programs, and regional cultural events. šEnsure inclusivity and cultural relevance in event planning and internal communications. šSupport onboarding experiences and promote a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
š5+ years of experience in office administration or facility management, ideally in a regional or multi-entity setup. šDemonstrated success in vendor negotiation,event planning & execution, asset management, and employee engagement. šStrong financial acumen for budgeting, tracking, and cost optimization, solid experience in reporting and data analysis. šFluent in English (written and spoken), another language is a plus. šProficiency in office tools and platforms, bonus if skilled in visual content (photography/video editing/newsletter creation).
