Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šOnboarding & Contractors Support (HR Focus) šManage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth new hire experience. šCoordinate new hire orientation, IT setup, and workspace arrangements. šMaintain contractors' records, ID issuance, and system access credentials. šAssist in HR documentation and compliance processes.
Requirements
š3+ years of experience in HR, IT support, or office administration. šTech-savvy with experience in IT troubleshooting and asset management. šStrong organizational skills for office inventory and facilities management. šGreat interpersonal skills to support new hires and contractors. šExperience in a hybrid workplace setup is a plus.
