RESPONSIBILITIES:

📍Monitor payment success rates, fraud rates, settlement, and reconciliation data on a daily/weekly basis. 📍Perform root cause analysis on active payment issues and work with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer support and external payment providers to resolve. 📍Respond to incoming disputes, chargebacks, requests for information, and other external payment inquiries. 📍Lead complex projects to implement opportunities for payments growth, cost optimization, new method launch and process improvements. 📍Drive payment readiness for growth initiatives and product/plan/pricing changes. 📍Assemble weekly and ad hoc written reports for management including key metrics, trend explanations, and other salient payment developments. 📍Maintain awareness of and adhere to all relevant payment processing compliance requirements. 📍Identify potential fraud loss situations and implement solutions including real-time risk rules, reactive workflows and payment configuration changes to minimize fraud leakage. 📍Oversee fraud screening scripts and other internal fraud controls.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

📍Bachelor’s degree in economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or other analytical field. 📍7+ years of experience in fintech, payments and/or risk. 📍Experience accepting domestic India payment methods including UPI, cards (including RUPay), and other local payment methods. 📍Professional experience using SQL to build reports.
