Job Summary:

šŸ“We are looking for a motivated Partnership Manager (Events and Conferences) with a strong background in B2B Events and Exhibitions, particularly in web 3, crypto, and blockchain Conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Events and Conferences Partnership function, identifying and establishing partnerships with global and local events, conferences, and industry gatherings to bolster BE[IN]CRYPTO's media partnership strategy. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales team. Develop collateral, assets, value propositions, and tools based on industry trends and customer needs to establish BE[IN]CRYPTO as key media and strategic partner for Events and Conference producers.

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop and implement BEINCRYPTO's media partnership strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders. šŸ“Identify and establish partnerships with global and local events, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and reach. šŸ“Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and industry leaders to secure valuable partnerships. šŸ“Focus on new conference and event partner acquisition, pipeline development, existing partner retention, and growth. šŸ“Manage the entire partnership package and structure to achieve key performance metrics, with a particular emphasis on partnering with large industry events. šŸ“Negotiate complex deal structures for endorsements and brand partnerships. šŸ“Attend industry events to network with prospective and existing partners, fostering a consistent pipeline of opportunities. šŸ“Oversee an up-to-date CRM of customers and partner prospects using Hubspot. šŸ“Manage conference partnership deal negotiations and make decisions regarding company speaker participation. šŸ“Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation through performance marketing and branding. Ideate campaign creative for brands and clients, focusing on understanding the categories and types of partnerships our clients are most interested in, particularly in web3, crypto, and blockchain events. šŸ“Understand and assist our sales team to achieve success. Develop internal training documents that equip them with the necessary knowledge about the problems we solve and the products we offer our corporate conference and events media support buyers and users. šŸ“Contribute to the development of BE[IN]CRYPTO's global expansion strategy, expand media coverage of events and conferences, collaborating closely with a dedicated team.

Requirements:

šŸ“At least five years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on events and Conferences šŸ“Proven partnership management, media relations, or marketing experience in the Events, Exhibition, or Conference Industry šŸ“Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain successful partnerships. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“Understanding the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry is mandatory. šŸ“The creative and strategic mindset to develop innovative partnership approaches. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. šŸ“Willingness to travel to attend events and conferences as needed. šŸ“Native or bilingual English proficiency
