Job Summary:
šWe are looking for a motivated Partnership Manager (Events and Conferences) with a strong background in B2B Events and Exhibitions, particularly in web 3, crypto, and blockchain Conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Events and Conferences Partnership function, identifying and establishing partnerships with global and local events, conferences, and industry gatherings to bolster BE[IN]CRYPTO's media partnership strategy. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales team. Develop collateral, assets, value propositions, and tools based on industry trends and customer needs to establish BE[IN]CRYPTO as key media and strategic partner for Events and Conference producers.
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement BEINCRYPTO's media partnership strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders. šIdentify and establish partnerships with global and local events, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and reach. šBuild and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and industry leaders to secure valuable partnerships. šFocus on new conference and event partner acquisition, pipeline development, existing partner retention, and growth. šManage the entire partnership package and structure to achieve key performance metrics, with a particular emphasis on partnering with large industry events. šNegotiate complex deal structures for endorsements and brand partnerships. šAttend industry events to network with prospective and existing partners, fostering a consistent pipeline of opportunities. šOversee an up-to-date CRM of customers and partner prospects using Hubspot. šManage conference partnership deal negotiations and make decisions regarding company speaker participation. šGenerate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation through performance marketing and branding. Ideate campaign creative for brands and clients, focusing on understanding the categories and types of partnerships our clients are most interested in, particularly in web3, crypto, and blockchain events. šUnderstand and assist our sales team to achieve success. Develop internal training documents that equip them with the necessary knowledge about the problems we solve and the products we offer our corporate conference and events media support buyers and users. šContribute to the development of BE[IN]CRYPTO's global expansion strategy, expand media coverage of events and conferences, collaborating closely with a dedicated team.
Requirements:
šAt least five years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on events and Conferences šProven partnership management, media relations, or marketing experience in the Events, Exhibition, or Conference Industry šStrong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain successful partnerships. šDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. šUnderstanding the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry is mandatory. šThe creative and strategic mindset to develop innovative partnership approaches. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. šWillingness to travel to attend events and conferences as needed. šNative or bilingual English proficiency
