About the company

Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAO’s core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Product & Project Ownership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key ecosystem products and initiatives, managing timelines and cross-functional teams. šŸ“Partner Engagement: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential partners—including DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges, and competitor chains—to support Mantle’s growth. šŸ“Deal Execution: Own end-to-end execution of BD deals from initial outreach/negotiation to onboarding and integration, ensuring smooth delivery. šŸ“Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on landscape and top DeFi protocols to identify new opportunities and learnings. šŸ“Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across engineering, legal, and marketing to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines. šŸ“Process Improvement: Establish and refine processes for partner integration and project delivery to ensure fast turnaround and high quality. šŸ“Reporting: Track progress on partnership integrations and product launches; clearly communicate status and risks to leadership.

Requirements

šŸ“Proven experience in operations, business development or ecosystem/product management at a chain, centralized exchange, or top DeFi protocol with a reputation for rapid delivery. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to handle full-cycle execution: from initial deal structuring/negotiation through to project management and delivery. šŸ“Strong organizational skills; able to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“Excellent communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external partners; able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. šŸ“Deep understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, and the Web3 ecosystem. šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. šŸ“Previous experience in Sales/CRM management is a plus.
