Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Develop and execute paid social strategies and media plans aligned with user acquisition and revenue goals 📍Hands-on campaign setup, launch, and daily optimization across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, and others) 📍Run ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and formats to improve performance 📍Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights 📍Collaborate closely with creative, data, brand, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns 📍Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging trends
Requirements:
📍Strong experience managing both app and web acquisition campaigns 📍Deep hands-on expertise across major paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X, etc.) 📍Ideal to have AppsFlyer experience, including deep links and deferred deep links 📍Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools 📍Experience in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms 📍Strong APAC paid social experience, including local platforms 📍Experience with additional platforms such as Reddit and regional APAC social networks
