šŸ“Develop and execute best-in-class paid search strategies focused on global user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth, with an emphasis on English-speaking markets such as the US, UK, and Canada. šŸ“Develop strategic recommendations for Head of UA stakeholders, aligning paid social efforts with broader marketing and business goals. šŸ“Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in organic marketing, creative, performance marketing, product, and analytics to build cohesive and unified strategies. šŸ“Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. šŸ“Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of paid social specialists, instilling a culture of excellence, creativity, and innovation. šŸ“Provide hands-on support and training to team members, ensuring skill development and career growth. šŸ“Serve as the senior subject matter expert on paid social, driving innovation and best practices. šŸ“Act as a leader who can execute as an individual contributor while simultaneously empowering the team to succeed. šŸ“Support the strategic allocation of resources across platforms, geographies, and campaigns to maximize ROI. šŸ“Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance, leveraging advanced A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation to achieve optimal results. šŸ“Partner with creative teams to produce engaging ad content tailored to platform-specific audiences and formats. šŸ“Work closely with the analytics team to implement attribution modeling and measure the true impact of campaigns across multiple touchpoints. šŸ“Collaborate with organic social and community management teams to create a cohesive social presence across all channels. šŸ“Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and šŸ“Build relationships with platform representatives (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) to gain early access to beta features and platform insights.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven track record in scaling global paid social media efforts for web and app platforms. šŸ“Significant experience in TradFi or Crypto, i-gaming or sports is a plus. šŸ“8+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, including experience leading large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms. šŸ“3+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams, with demonstrated success in building and retaining high-performing teams.
