Job Summary
Reponsibilities
šDevelop and execute best-in-class paid search strategies focused on global user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth, with an emphasis on English-speaking markets such as the US, UK, and Canada. šDevelop strategic recommendations for Head of UA stakeholders, aligning paid social efforts with broader marketing and business goals. šWork collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in organic marketing, creative, performance marketing, product, and analytics to build cohesive and unified strategies. šLead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. šManage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of paid social specialists, instilling a culture of excellence, creativity, and innovation. šProvide hands-on support and training to team members, ensuring skill development and career growth. šServe as the senior subject matter expert on paid social, driving innovation and best practices. šAct as a leader who can execute as an individual contributor while simultaneously empowering the team to succeed. šSupport the strategic allocation of resources across platforms, geographies, and campaigns to maximize ROI. šContinuously analyze and improve campaign performance, leveraging advanced A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation to achieve optimal results. šPartner with creative teams to produce engaging ad content tailored to platform-specific audiences and formats. šWork closely with the analytics team to implement attribution modeling and measure the true impact of campaigns across multiple touchpoints. šCollaborate with organic social and community management teams to create a cohesive social presence across all channels. šPerform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and šBuild relationships with platform representatives (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) to gain early access to beta features and platform insights.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven track record in scaling global paid social media efforts for web and app platforms. šSignificant experience in TradFi or Crypto, i-gaming or sports is a plus. š8+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, including experience leading large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms. š3+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams, with demonstrated success in building and retaining high-performing teams.
