Job Summary
Key areas of Responsibilities:
šManage all aspects of ATM installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming plans for assigned projects. šSchedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines for the resolution of issues. šReporting of project progress to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met. šCreate and update project records in QuickBase⢠application, utilizing macros to achieve desired results. šPerform required project tasks in Oracle⢠šDefine and document the scope of work required for successful completion of projects. šDetermine and outline roles and responsibilities for project tasks. šDetermine service providers required for projects and identify their roles and responsibilities. šIdentify dependencies and manage internal relationships required to successfully complete assigned projects. šCreate and communicate ācustomer specificā metrics as required. šResponsible for adherence to policies and processes related to various tasks outlined within the department. šExcellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills. šProficiency in Microsoft Office⢠and Microsoft Windows⢠to perform daily tasks. šAbility to achieve proficiency in the use of various internal applications, including ADP, Cardlink, CORE, Oracle⢠and Quickbase⢠šAbility to work with internal and external partners at various levels. š Other duties may be assigned
Basic Qualifications:
šHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelorās degree preferred. š1-3 years in Customer Service experiences required with prior emphasis on scheduling and planning duties. Customer Service experience in the ATM industry is a plus. š Excellent PC skills: expert knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including Pivot Tables, indexing, and VLOOKUPs). š Detail oriented; ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities. š Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear, professional, and pleasant manner. š Ability to handle frequent interruptions and changes in priorities. š Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
