Job Summary

Key areas of Responsibilities:

šŸ“Manage all aspects of ATM installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming plans for assigned projects. šŸ“Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines for the resolution of issues. šŸ“Reporting of project progress to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met. šŸ“Create and update project records in QuickBaseā„¢ application, utilizing macros to achieve desired results. šŸ“Perform required project tasks in Oracleā„¢ šŸ“Define and document the scope of work required for successful completion of projects. šŸ“Determine and outline roles and responsibilities for project tasks. šŸ“Determine service providers required for projects and identify their roles and responsibilities. šŸ“Identify dependencies and manage internal relationships required to successfully complete assigned projects. šŸ“Create and communicate ā€œcustomer specificā€ metrics as required. šŸ“Responsible for adherence to policies and processes related to various tasks outlined within the department. šŸ“Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills. šŸ“Excellent verbal and written communication skills. šŸ“Proficiency in Microsoft Officeā„¢ and Microsoft Windowsā„¢ to perform daily tasks. šŸ“Ability to achieve proficiency in the use of various internal applications, including ADP, Cardlink, CORE, Oracleā„¢ and Quickbaseā„¢ šŸ“Ability to work with internal and external partners at various levels. šŸ“ Other duties may be assigned

Basic Qualifications:

šŸ“High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. šŸ“1-3 years in Customer Service experiences required with prior emphasis on scheduling and planning duties. Customer Service experience in the ATM industry is a plus. šŸ“ Excellent PC skills: expert knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including Pivot Tables, indexing, and VLOOKUPs). šŸ“ Detail oriented; ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities. šŸ“ Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear, professional, and pleasant manner. šŸ“ Ability to handle frequent interruptions and changes in priorities. šŸ“ Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
