Responsibilities:

📍Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIs 📍Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization 📍Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment 📍Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions 📍Investigate business and user demands (trading behavior, referral performance, KOL feedback) and propose scalable solutions and implementation plans 📍Analyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues, optimize incentive mechanisms, and improve user experience 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives 📍Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

📍3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries 📍Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner 📍Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
