Job Summary
Responsibilities
šProcess Documentation and Analysis šMap existing workflows in TON Studio & EcoDev: contracts, rev-share, payments, QIB, ZipHQ, crypto transfers šDocument edge cases and country-specific compliance constraints (e.g. partner restrictions by jurisdiction, QIB preconditions) šMaintain a knowledge base of templates, guides, SOPs, and process definitions šCapture institutional knowledge that currently lives āin peopleās headsā šOperational Support šTrack and support request flows: from business input to legal, finance, and final approval šCoordinate with Legal and Finance teams to provide correct data and unblock decisions šSupport creation of clear, step-by-step playbooks for recurring operational actions (e.g. contract drafting, event partnerships, crypto payments) šTrack and align expectations between stakeholders (e.g. BizDev, Legal, Ops) to avoid misalignment during execution šOwn and maintain templates and workflows inside ZipHQ šCross-functional Troubleshooting šJoin Studio team syncs, identify friction points and operational blind spots šPropose improvements and automation where possible šEnsure tasks donāt get stuck due to unclear ownership or missing input šPartner Coordination šSupport partner-related workflows, including communication in Telegram/Slack chats šSupport partner flows from pre-QIB assessment to contract signature, including ownership mapping, partner communication, and criteria validation šMaintain an up-to-date reference of ācan/cannot doā scenarios for partner engagements based on internal compliance guidelines (e.g. entity types, proof of residence, legal exceptions) šHelp define flows for partner onboarding, agreement drafting, QIB, invoicing, and payments
Requirements
šMust-haves š1ā2 years of experience in operations, admin, or junior PM roles šFamiliarity with legal/finance/product teams and cross-functional collaboration šAbility to manage end-to-end processes, not just execute single tasks šStrong documentation and coordination skills šStrong organizational thinking and attention to detail šWillingness to ask questions, escalate blockers, and own follow-through
