Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Support day to day operations by resolving issues related to high-value users. 📍Work closely with CS to manage escalations and unblock user problems quickly and accurately. 📍Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Growth Institutional Sales, VIP RM) to drive resolution. 📍Track operational issues and identify recurring patterns to propose process or product improvements. 📍Ensure VIP/KYB users receive timely follow ups, clear answers, and proactive updates. 📍Assist in optimizing existing operational workflows, playbooks, and internal procedures. 📍Collaborate with global teams when handling system level, product, or policy-related escalations.
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍At least 3 years experience in a similar role. 📍Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities 📍Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues 📍Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening 📍Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels 📍Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 📍Advanced Level in English 📍Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 📍Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
