What You'll be Doing:

📍Working with the Country Manager and Regional Lead to develop business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities. 📍Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth operation across functions such as marketing, customer support, legal and compliance. 📍Develop, implement and maintain operational processes in line with the business plan and strategy. 📍Define a vision for the local business, set and manage team goals. 📍Be able to understand and interpret data and use it to set business priorities. 📍Maintaining a strong team culture of trust, accountability, and commitment to impact. 📍Ability to execute cross-functional work and coordinate multiple projects at the same time. 📍Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organisation optimise costs and benefits. 📍Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met 📍Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

📍Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities. 📍Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives. 📍A track record of developing and implementing effective processes. 📍A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts. 📍Strong leadership and people management skills. 📍Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience 📍Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 📍Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks. 📍Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge. 📍Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
