Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šBe part of and assist the Operations team in all aspects of their duties with focus on: šInternal automation and optimization initiatives: šPlanning and execution of operational efficiency and automation initiatives. šBuild automated workflows in tools like ServiceNow and Google Workspace. šImplement AI use cases. šIdentify and help to coordinate optimization projects. šVendor Management: šManage the whole vendor lifecycle from procurement requests, third party risk assessments, contracting and onboarding services to monitoring vendor KPIs and SLAs, to exit and termination strategies. šProcess Management: šStrengthen Finoaās International Group setting by supporting to develop a strategic process governance. šProject Coordination: šYou will work closely with all departments of Finoa and lead projects and initiatives in a cross-functional setting
What you need to be successful:
šYou are naturally driven to improve processes, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful change within a young and agile organization. šYou completed your bachelor or masterās degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study. šYou gained first relevant experience in Operations, Vendor Management, Process Optimization ideally in the Start-up or financial industry. šGood level of knowledge with Office applications. šExperience with AI Tools, Process Design, Automation Tools are a plus. šStructured and analytical thinking, as well as a meticulous and independent working style. šYou are fluent in English ā German and any other language is a plus. šAffinity for AI Tools, process optimization and automating workflows.
