Job Summary
Responsibilities
šAssist with data entry, system processing, and reconciliation of payslips, token grants, and vesting schedules. šPerform routine and ad hoc tasks to support the administration of compensation programs. šUpload and manage critical documents and data across platforms. šFollow established workflows meticulously to ensure data accuracy and compliance. šIdentify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements. šWork closely with colleagues across various teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet high standards. šProvide operational support to the team and help balance workload demands during peak periods. šMaintain detailed records of tasks, workflows, and updates to ensure consistent and transparent operations. šAssist in generating periodic reports to track progress and identify process efficiencies. šDevelop expertise in specific operational areas to become a go-to resource for the team. šStay up-to-date with tools and best practices to enhance the quality of work over time.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. š3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role, preferably in the payroll or finance industry. šStrong understanding of payroll processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. šExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. šStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
