Responsibilities:

📍Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. 📍Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct sales presentations, and contribute to the growth of our client base in Hong Kong. 📍Administrative Support: Manage general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining client records, processing invoices, and preparing reports. 📍Site Surveys: Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing client locations to assess suitability, gather technical requirements, and ensure smooth service delivery. 📍Coordination with Service Providers: Liaise with local vendors and service providers (e.g., electricians, internet service providers, landlords) to coordinate installations, maintenance, and resolve any operational issues. 📍Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in operations, account management, or sales. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese. 📍Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 📍A valid Hong Kong driver's license is required. 📍Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 📍You will need to work a schedule that allows for a few hours of overlap with our US-based team in the EST time zone. This will typically mean ending your workday between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. HKT to collaborate with the team during their morning.
