Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
đź“ŤOwn and continuously enhance the Key Control Framework, ensuring effective testing, monitoring, and assurance of critical firm-wide controls đź“ŤConduct annual Risk Survey, Culture assesment and Risk Control Self-Assessment process to ensure proactive and consistent identification, evaluation, and mitigation of key risks đź“ŤPartner with Trading, Technology, Compliance and other teams to ensure risk controls are appropriately embedded in systems and processes đź“ŤLead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) processes and testing across European offices đź“ŤLead ongoing IFR/IFD prudential risk management for Amsterdam and London entities đź“ŤOwn the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA) process, Pillar 3 disclosures, and prudential reporting for both jurisdictions đź“ŤParticipate in IFR-related working groups across associations (EPTA, APT) and engage with regulators (FCA, DNB) on prudential risk matters
Your Skills and Experience:
đź“ŤAt least 5+ years of relevant operational & prudential risk management experience in financial services or trading environments đź“ŤProven experience interpreting prudential risk regulations, translating them into practical implementation, and understanding how they impact the business (IFR/IFD experience preferred) đź“ŤPlus when direct experience with ICARA processes, Pillar 3 disclosures, and prudential reporting đź“ŤDemonstrated experience developing and implementing Operational Risk frameworks, including RCSA and Key Control frameworks
