Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍 Onboarding new customer applications focusing on analyzing Business Model, AML Risks, Credit Exposure and performing a level of Financial Analysis. 📍You will liaise with Sales, Risk, AML and Legal as part of the onboarding process in order to ensure merchants are onboarded in accordance to our internal policies and procedures. 📍You will directly manage and resolve internal and external escalations to ensure a smooth merchant experience onboarding experience. 📍You will work against clearly defined SLA’s to ensure we take new merchants live quickly. 📍You will work with the business to highlight opportunities to improve the merchant onboarding experience.
The candidate should have:
📍Expert level of understanding of underwriting and onboarding processes with in depth knowledge of financial risks, AML requirements, and industry standard KYC processes. 📍Outstanding communication skills – you will be the voice of Unlimit and will need to translate complex requirements and observations into digestible (and readily understood) discussion points with your merchant. 📍Be merchant centric and have a passion for getting the merchant experience right. 📍A proven ability to prioritize, multitask and keep utmost attention to detail. 📍A passion for improving processes – we want someone who helps us think outside the box and find a path that is right for Unlimit and the Merchant. 📍Proven experience in the payments industry
