Responsibilities
📍Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. 📍Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. 📍Office Setup Coordination: responsible for overseeing all stages of the office launch — including construction work, delivery of furniture, installation of IT equipment, security cameras, and access control systems. The office manager will be on-site to coordinate with contractors and ensure timely and high-quality execution of all preparation works.
