Your Impact
šYou will shape the reliability, usability, and evolution of the CRE Service Layer and related developer-facing infrastructure. Your leadership will directly impact the pace at which new capabilities reach the ecosystem. šIn the first 6ā12 months, you will: šFocus on hardening the reliability and operational resilience of the CRE Service Layer. šEstablish and manage a single, clearly prioritized backlog across demanding stakeholders and cross-functional inputs. šAccelerate iteration cycles based on user feedback to drive product-market fit for CRE capabilities. šDeliver new service-layer capabilities, including enhancements such as improved workflow management models. šLead the migration of legacy products onto CRE infrastructure. šDevelop and grow a high performing engineering team.
Requirements
šStrong product judgment, with the ability to influence direction and partner effectively with product leadership in high-ambiguity environments. šDemonstrated experience operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-demand environments. šProven people leadership experience, including managing and developing senior and staff-level engineers. šTechnical depth sufficient to guide architectural discussions, unblock teams, and maintain high engineering standards. šExperience managing complex backlogs and stakeholder expectations across multiple priorities. šTrack record of planning and executing multi-stream engineering initiatives with clear accountability and delivery outcomes. šAbility to coach engineers through performance growth and career progression.
