Your Impact

📍You will shape the reliability, usability, and evolution of the CRE Service Layer and related developer-facing infrastructure. Your leadership will directly impact the pace at which new capabilities reach the ecosystem. 📍In the first 6–12 months, you will: 📍Focus on hardening the reliability and operational resilience of the CRE Service Layer. 📍Establish and manage a single, clearly prioritized backlog across demanding stakeholders and cross-functional inputs. 📍Accelerate iteration cycles based on user feedback to drive product-market fit for CRE capabilities. 📍Deliver new service-layer capabilities, including enhancements such as improved workflow management models. 📍Lead the migration of legacy products onto CRE infrastructure. 📍Develop and grow a high performing engineering team.

Requirements

📍Strong product judgment, with the ability to influence direction and partner effectively with product leadership in high-ambiguity environments. 📍Demonstrated experience operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-demand environments. 📍Proven people leadership experience, including managing and developing senior and staff-level engineers. 📍Technical depth sufficient to guide architectural discussions, unblock teams, and maintain high engineering standards. 📍Experience managing complex backlogs and stakeholder expectations across multiple priorities. 📍Track record of planning and executing multi-stream engineering initiatives with clear accountability and delivery outcomes. 📍Ability to coach engineers through performance growth and career progression.
