Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Oversee daily Bucharest office operations, ensuring an organized, well-functioning, and fully stocked workspace. 📍 Manage reception duties and hospitality, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors. 📍 Handle office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, including procurement and post management. 📍Align local practices with global workplace policies and collaborate with HQ, International Hubs, and Security teams to ensure safety and standardization. 📍Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and community-building activities to strengthen team engagement.
Who you are
📍5+ years of experience in office or hotel management, executive assistance, or a similar role. 📍You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping any, effectively prioritise and always have an eye on the details. 📍You anticipate needs and tackle challenges before they become problems. 📍You’re approachable, collaborative, and great at building relationships. 📍Fluent in English and Romanian.
