Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šOversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. šOrder snacks for the office weekly. šManage cleaning service and ensure the office is clean and any repairs or maintenance that is needed are completed. šServe as the first point of contact for the company, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general support to clients. šManage some after hours corporate events at our company location. šCoordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, preparing meeting rooms, and organizing catering when necessary. šHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and packages. šAssist with travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates and some employees. šMaintain office security by managing key fobs and visitor logs. šSupport the HR department in organizing company events, onboarding new employees, and other administrative tasks as needed. šManage office budget, keep records of office expenses, and report discrepancies or suggestions for cost-saving measures. šStay up-to-date with the latest developments in office management technologies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
šProven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar administrative role. šStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software. šKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. šAbility to multitask and prioritize work effectively. šHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skills. šA positive attitude and professional demeanor. šInterest or experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector is a plus.
