Responsibilities

📍Warehouse Operations Management 📍Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. 📍Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements. 📍Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 📍Inventory Management: 📍Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. 📍Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demands. 📍Implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and reduce waste. 📍Team Leadership: 📍Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. 📍Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high performance. 📍Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members. 📍Logistics and Coordination: 📍Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods. 📍Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency. 📍Manage and resolve any issues related to inbound and outbound logistics. 📍Safety and Compliance: 📍Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. 📍Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for warehouse staff. 📍Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. 📍Technology and Systems: 📍Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory, orders, and shipments. 📍Analyze data and generate reports to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement. 📍Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance warehouse operations. 📍Additional duties as required

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred). 📍Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role. 📍Strong leadership and team management skills. 📍Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 📍Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office. 📍Knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles. 📍Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
