Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Relationship Management 📍Build and nurture strong relationships with exchanges, fiat partners, on/off ramps, and other key network providers. 📍Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the Business Lead, Product and R&D. 📍Business Development 📍Drive the adoption of Off-Exchange Settlement among clients and venues in APAC. 📍Expand our Network footprint by identifying and onboarding new strategic partner Banks, Exchanges, Custodians, and On/Off Ramp providers. 📍Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging Network opportunities and trends. 📍Market Representation 📍Represent Fireblocks Network at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the APAC region. 📍Champion the Fireblocks Network and its value proposition to potential partners and clients. 📍Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the global team. Collaboration 📍Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment and support for regional initiatives.
Qualifications:
📍3-5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency, stablecoin, or payments industry in a customer-facing role. 📍Strong understanding of the APAC crypto and digital asset landscape, including key industry players, exchanges, and payment providers for on/off ramps. 📍Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships. 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
