šAsset retrieval šGeneral Terminated users asset management & logistics Mobile & PC assets šGeneral active users asset upgrade & repair asset management & logistics Mobile šUtilize Asset Management Database System and Update Device Return Status šSend a FOTA push message to the terminated and active users for asset retrieval šGenerate weekly/monthly/quarterly asset retrieval status šGenerate and distribute corporate communication šSupport general users and HRs regarding asset retrieval request status šCommunicate with Mobile & IT+ Tier1 and Tier2 teams for users asset return status update šGenerating service report
